200 gram tofu cubes
1 spoon ginger - garlic paste
1/2 spoon red chilli powder
1/2 cup besan
1/2 spoon salt or as per taste
1/2 spoon turmeric
1 cup oil for frying
1 spoon kasuri methi
1/2 spoon lemon juice
Directions
Take a bowl and add ginger - garlic paste ,1/4 spoon salt, turmeric, red chilli powder,lemon juice, kasuri methi and tofu.
Mix well and keep aside.
Now take another bowl put besan and add water in it as much as required to make a better of it.
Heat oil in a pan then dip marinated tofu cubes in that better and deep fry until it turns brown.
Serve hot with tomato kechup.
