Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gram tofu cubes


  • 1 spoon ginger - garlic paste


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cup besan


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1 cup oil for frying


  • 1 spoon kasuri methi


  • 1/2 spoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add ginger - garlic paste ,1/4 spoon salt, turmeric, red chilli powder,lemon juice, kasuri methi and tofu.
  • Mix well and keep aside.
  • Now take another bowl put besan and add water in it as much as required to make a better of it.
  • Heat oil in a pan then dip marinated tofu cubes in that better and deep fry until it turns brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato kechup.
