  • Chopped dry fruits 1cup {almonds,walnuts and melon seeds}

  • Oats 1.5 Cup

  • Jaggery 1 Cup

  • Chopped raisins and anjeer 1/4 Cup

  • Seaseme seeds 1/4 Cup

  • Honey 1tsp

  • Cinnamon 1 tsp

    Roast dry fruits.

    Roast oats

    Take a heavy bottom pan and add jaggery, and caramelize it. Once caramelized add honey and cinnamon masala then add all the dry fruits and oats and mix it well.

    Grease gas platform, rolling pin and knives.

    Pour this on the gas platform and with the help of knives bring it in rectangular shape and then roll, rolling pin on it once.

    Now cut it in square pieces with the help of a knife.

    Eat it or you can even store it in an airtight container.
