2 -3 fig
6-7 piece almonds
1 cup cold milk
1 tbsp honey
Directions
Soak fig and almonds in water seperately for 4 hours
After 4 hours remove them from water
Remove skin from almonds-and chopped fig
Add in mixer grinder with 2 tbsp milk make fine paste
Add more milk ,add 1 tbsp honey
Mix well
Pour in glass
Enjoy healthy drink
