Wood Apple - 1 medium size yellow one
Fresh curd - 1 cup
Homemade cottage cheese - 200 gm
Water - 4 cup
Grapes - 20 no.
Banana - 2 no.
Holi Basil (Tulsi) leaves - 10
Jeggery - 100 gm grated / to taste
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chana sattu - 2 tbsp
Break wood apple in 3-4 pieces. Take out pulp very carefully with the help of spoon.
Take a big size of bowl then keep pulp and water in it. Now mash pulp and take out seeds nd hard fiber otherwise it'll taste bitter.
Take out some grapes, melon balls and little black pepper powder aside for garnishing.
Peel off banana then cut into pieces.
Put fruit pulp, banana, curd, cottage cheese, jeggery, grapes, melon balls in a liquidiser jar and grind on low to medium speed for one minute.
Now it's time to add flavor in smoothie. Add mint leaves, holy basil leaves, black pepper powder, chana sattu and grind on high speed for another a minute.
