Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup whole moong dal

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1/2 tsp cummin

  • 1tbs coriander leaves

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2tbs oil or as required

Directions

    Soak whole moong in the night

  • 02

    In the morning add all the ingredients and make a fine paste

  • 03

    Heat dosa tava, spread dosa, sprinkle chopped onion on top and cook till its done

  • 04

    Serve with chutney of your choice
