  • 200g Almond

  • 100g Cashews

  • 100g Walnut

  • 50g dates

  • Organic honey 1/4 cup

  • Oil 1/4 cup

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Low fat cream cheese 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

    Soak cashews and almonds for 4 hours .

  • 02

    Remove the skin of almond after 4 hours and drain water

  • 03

    In a mixie jar add walnuts and dates and grind well.

  • 04

    Take a spring form cake mould and grease it with oil. Add the grounded walnut and dates to the mould and level and press it well using a spatula

    Crust is ready now.

    For the cheesecake, take a mixie jar add in the trained cashews and almonds, add oil, honey, low fat cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla essence and grind well to form a paste.

    Add this paste above the crust in the cake mould

    Refrigerate the cake mould till it is set. It may take 2 hours.

    Decorate with some strawberry sauce or any sauce you like and serve
