Ingredients
Serves 3
1 cup bow pasta
1/4 cup chopped red & green belpepper
1 small blunched potato
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup green peas
4 -5tablespoon pamesan cheese
2 tablespoon mojerela cheese
2-3 tablespoon Italian dressing
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon chopped spring onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions
Heat 1 cup water in a saucepan
When water become boil add salt, veg. oil and pasta
When pasta cooked well drained the water
Take a bowl add pasta and all vegetables
Now add mint, Italian dressing, pamesan cheese and mix all together
Serve the salade in a plate, sprinkle mojerella cheese and spring onion
Garnish with a mint leaf
