2 cups sliced TARO
2 big sliced ONIONS
2 GREEN CHILI sliced
7 to 8 piece of GINGER AND GARLIC sliced
1 and half tablespoon SALT
1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER
1 and half tablespoon TURMERIC
1 tablespoon VEGETABLE MASALA
1/3 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER POWDER
1 tablespoon CUMIN POWDER
1 tablespoon CUMIN SEEDS
Directions
First after peeling the taro wash it and dry it.then deep fry for atleast 10 minutes
Now in another pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds
Now add green chilli ginger garlic sliced onions
Now put all the spices quickly and stirring on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes
Now add fried TARO and let sit for 7 to 8 minutes
Yummy and nutritious taro is ready quickly
