Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups sliced TARO


  • 2 big sliced ONIONS


  • 2 GREEN CHILI sliced


  • 7 to 8 piece of GINGER AND GARLIC sliced


  • 1 and half tablespoon SALT


  • 1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER


  • 1 and half tablespoon TURMERIC


  • 1 tablespoon VEGETABLE MASALA


  • 1/3 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER POWDER


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN POWDER


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN SEEDS

Directions

  • First after peeling the taro wash it and dry it.then deep fry for atleast 10 minutes
  • Now in another pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds
  • Now add green chilli ginger garlic sliced onions
  • Now put all the spices quickly and stirring on low flame for 7 to 8 minutes
  • Now add fried TARO and let sit for 7 to 8 minutes
  • Yummy and nutritious taro is ready quickly
