Firstly soak daal for 3-4 hrs.
After that wash the soaked daal. And grind with 2 green chilles and ginger in to a smooth paste.
Add salt to the daal paste.
Whisk well for few seconds.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onions and saute for few seconds.
Add grated paneer, green chillies, tomatoes and spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.
Add coriander leaves in filling and keep aside.
Heatup a nonstick tawa and grease with oil.
Put flame on low and pour a laddle of daal paste and spread in a shape of dosa or chilla.
Cook for few seconds untill changes the colour.
Flip the chilla and cook on otherside for few seconds.
Flip it again put some paneer filling and fold.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
A full protein packed breakfast is ready to serve.
