Wash palak properly and grind to fine paste
Add 1 tsp oil and pinch of salt in flour and knead to a soft dough by using palak puree
For stuffing heat oil and add chopped onion in it
Add potato and let it cook
Add capsicum,corn and all masala and mix it properly
Add crumble paneer and green coriander
Take lemon sized portion of dough and roll it like chapati
Cook it from both side till golden spot appear
Take roti on a plate apply sauce and green chutney on roti
Put stuffing on one side and roll it tightly and tuck it with toothpick
Put butter on tava and roast it golden brown
Enjoy it with sauce
