Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 250 gm palak


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 100 gm paneer


  • 4 potato chopped in cubes


  • 4 onion finely chopped


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 2 tbsp sweet corn


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera poqder


  • 1/4 cup green chutney


  • 1/4 cup sauce


  • 2 tbsp butter or oil


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

Directions

  • Wash palak properly and grind to fine paste
  • Add 1 tsp oil and pinch of salt in flour and knead to a soft dough by using palak puree
  • For stuffing heat oil and add chopped onion in it
  • Add potato and let it cook
  • Add capsicum,corn and all masala and mix it properly
  • Add crumble paneer and green coriander
  • Take lemon sized portion of dough and roll it like chapati
  • Cook it from both side till golden spot appear
  • Take roti on a plate apply sauce and green chutney on roti
  • Put stuffing on one side and roll it tightly and tuck it with toothpick
  • Put butter on tava and roast it golden brown
  • Enjoy it with sauce
