Take a wok and heat pure ghee now add cumin seeds, green chillies, onions and salt and saute.
When it starts leaving ghee add kashmiri laal mirch powder, paneer masala, tomato and roast well.
Once cooled, grind it well in a mixer and make a fine paste.
Now transfer the paste in a wok and add sauce and cheese cubes and mix well.
Add butter Serve hot with chappatis.
