Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Almond flour 2 cups

  • Roasted flax powder 1/4 cup

  • Ripe bananas 3-4

  • Hazelnuts chopped 1/2 cup

  • Almonds chopped 1/2 cup

  • Pistachio chopped 1/2 cup

  • Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup

  • Roasted Flax seeds 1/8 cup

  • Raisins chopped 1/4 cup

  • Black raisins chopped 1/4 cup

  • Prunes chopped 5-6

  • Cranberries 1/4 cup

  • Figs chopped 4-5 nos.

  • Dates chopped 8-10

  • Candied pineapple slices, chopped 2-3 nos.

Directions

    To prepare flax egg, mix flax powder with 1/8 cup hot water and set aside for 10 minutes

    Mash bananas in a bowl

  • 03

    Add in the salt, almond flour and mix.

  • 04

    Add in the flax egg prepared earlier

    Now add the chopped fruits and nuts and mix till everything combines

    Grease a loaf tin of 7×4 inch with coconut oil. Preheat your oven @160 degrees C

    Pour the batter in the greased tin until 3/4 full. This bread doesn't fluff up very much

    Bake for 50-60 minutes until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

    Cling wrap and cool in refridgerator completely before slicing.

    Note: quantity of nuts and friits can be increased or decreased according to your choice. I have kept the total quantity to approximately 4 cups.
