Pressure cook all grains for 4 whistle with salt. strain water. chickpeas should be soaked before cooking.
In a pan heat oil add mustard and jeera after mustard start popping add chillies and curry leaves. Add onions. Add little salt. note: already added salt for grains
After onions are done add boiled grains
Add coconut and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as side dish with rice sambar
