Soak black gram over night and boil in pressure cooker with 2.5 cup of water
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds black mustard seeds and asafoetida to crackle
Add curry leaves and fry it
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,garam masala powder, green chili and ,2 tbsp water and saute for one to two mins
Add boiled black gram and mix well
Add 1/2 cup water cover it and for ,3 mins
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
