Grind coriander with green chillies, ginger, garlic cloves
Make a paste
Keep saprate 1/4 cup green peas
Grind rest green peas
Peel potato and cut in pieces..Keep aside
Cut tomatoes and keep a side
Heat 1/4 cup oil
Fry moong dal badi and keep aside
Fry potato pieces, remove from oil and keep aside
Fry carefully grinded green peas for 5-7 minutes in rest oil and keep aside
Heat rest oil
Add asafoetida, cumin, dry red chillies and fry for few seconds
Add coriander paste and fry for few seconds more
Add whole green peas fry for few seconds
Add moong dal badi and turmeric powder and fry for few minutes
Add tomatoes pieces stir and cover it for 2 minutes on medium flame
Open cover stir well and add fried potatoes
Cook for few seconds and add roasted green peas and stir well
Cook for few seconds , add salt and garam masala
Add 1 cup water mix well and cover it
Cook for 5 minutes after a boil
Nimona is ready
Serve hot
