Cutting the potato small pieces
Heat the kadai add water, potato and onion
Then add urad dal bori, salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and mustard oil
Mix the all ingredients
Then cover the kadai and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
After 10 minutes open the lid and stirring gravy
Again cover the kadai cook for some thick gravy
After thick gravy lid open and stirring gravy switch off the flame
Then ready one pot potato with urad dal bori curry
Garnishing some green chilies and mustard oil
then ready to serve hot one pot potato with urad dal bori curry.
