1/2 banana, broken into chunks
1 cup cold milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey or to taste
3-4 ice cubs
Directions
Place banana, milk, peanut butter and ice cubes in a blender
Blend smooth, about 30 seconds
Remove immediately in a glass
on top Decorate with rocher
