Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Boiled rice 1 bowl

  • All purpose flour 3 tablespoon

  • Corn flour 1 tablespoon

  • Cardamom 4

  • Sugar 1 and a half cup

  • Water 3 cup

Directions

    Add rice into the grinder and grind it

    Now gress a plate with ghee

  • 03

    Place rice paste in the plate add all purpose flour and corn flour

  • 04

    Mix well

    Make a dough out of this kned dough should be very smooth

    Now I do is ready let's start making Rasgulla

    Before making rub some ghee on your hands

    for sugar syrup- take a pen or kadai add sugar and water in it

    some boiling water add cardamom and mix well

  • 10

    once it start boiling add rassgulla in it how let them boil for 15 to 16 minutes

    or till the become double size then switch off the stove fleame

    our Rassgulla is ready

    place them in a bowl and garnished some fresh rose flower

  • 14

    enjoy it super delicious sweet Rice Rassgulla.
