  • 1cup cottage cheese/paneer

  • 1/4cup milk

  • 1tbsp cornflour

  • 1cup sugar

  • 1/2cup water

  • 2cardamoms

  • 1cup clarified butter for frying

  • 2tbsp of all purpose flour

  • 1tsp rose water

  • 1tbsp chopped almonds

    first mix water and sugar in a vessel add cardamom powder and Rose water to it and cook

  • 02

    cook to 1string consistency of sugar syrup switch of flame keep aside

  • 03

    for malpua grind cottage chees and milk togather

  • 04

    make smooth paste of it

  • 05

    remove this paste in a vessel add cornflour And flour in it and mix well And make smooth batter

    heat ghee in a pan pour prepared batter with the help of spoon make round shape malpua

  • 07

    fry on low flame froM both the side to golden color

  • 08

    dip all malpuas in sugar syrup for 10-15minutes garnish with chopped almonds and serve
