Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup peanuts


  • 1 cup oats


  • 3/4 cup jaggery powder


  • 1/2 cup chopped dryfruits of your choice 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 4-5 green cardamom


  • 1 tsp ghee ( optional)

Directions

  • Dry roast peanuts ,sesame seeds and oats separately and let them cool completely.
  • Now take peanuts, green cardamom and oats in grinder jar and grind till mixture become oily mass
  • Now add jaggery in it and grind again.
  • Remove in a big bowl. Add dryfruits ,ghee and sesame seeds. Mix well .
  • Make desired size laddoo and store in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy this healthy protein rich snacks whenever you want.
  • Give to kids for evening snacks or during exam preparation. It will help to maintain stamina and delicious too
