Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 1 cup sprout moong


  • 1/2 cup sprout kala chana


  • 1 /2 cup hung curd


  • 1 tbsp roasted peanut


  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp cup tamarind chutney


  • 1/4 cup green coriander chutney


  • 1/2 cup paneer( grated or cubs)


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds roasted, crushed


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Directions

  • In a bowl mash boiled potatoes slightly
  • Add pomegranate seeds, chopped onion, chopped tomato, boiled sprout moong, boiled black sprout chana,paneer, coriander leaves,mix all
  • Now mix green chutney, tamarind chutney,hung curd-, according to your taste
  • Add salt,red chilli powder (optional),black salt,roasted cumin seeds,
