Soak wheat overnight in water
Remove from water , drained and grind in grinder to make coarse texture
In pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee,add wheat,roast wheat ,add 1 cup water
Close the lid,take 2 whistle
Turn off the flame
Remove wheat in a bowl
Again pour 1 tbsp ghee in cooker
Add asafoetida, cumin seeds in hot ghee
Add ginger paste,saute well for a minute
Add sprout moong,wheat in cooker
Add salt,sugar,red chilli powder,haldi powder,mix with spatula
Add 4 cups water
Again cover the lif,take 3 whistle
Turn off flame
Pour the khichdi in bowl
Sprinkle curry leaves,and coriander leaves
