Ingredients

  • Green chickpeas 2 cup


  • Potato 1


  • Onion 1


  • Coriander leaves 1 cup


  • Green chilies 2


  • Ginger 1 inch


  • Garlic 7-8 cloves


  • Tomatoes 2


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbs


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tbs


  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tbs


  • Kitchen king Masala 1/2 tbs


  • Salt 1 tbs


  • Mustard oil 4 tbs

Directions

  • First of all wash, peel and chop all the veggies.
  • Keep some green chickpeas for later use and coarsely grind the green chickpeas.
  • In a mixer jar add coatiander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies and make a smooth paste.
  • Now preheat a pan add mustard oil then add chopped potatoes. Fry until golden brown then add coarsely grind chickpeas paste.
  • Add salt saute well until rawness goes out ,and oil separates. Take it out and keep aside.
  • Now add some mustard oil in the same pan then add onion and saute until turns red. Next pour the coriander paste and saute well. Add choped tomates and cook under low flame. When its cooked add dry spices, salt and saute for few more minutes.
  • Next add fried mixture(hreen chickpeas and potato) and scrumble well. Saute for few minutes the add 3 cups of water.
  • Now lower the flame ,cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. When its cooked turn off the flame.
  • Enjoy the power pack healthy Nimona with steam rice, Chapati, Kulcha etc.
