Method
Heat the milk in a bowl vessel, when the milk thickens to about 750 ml thick, add kadudu in it, it is done by running spoon in the low flame. Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits and some dry fruits later Keep the kheer running on top for the garnishing and let it thicken. Now when the kheer starts boiling, then add sugar to it while running. ........ Kheer should be a little bit thicker and boil ... come Pudding being prepared.
Serve hot and cold as you like with dry fruits.
