Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Mixed Sprouts 1 cup


  • Fine chopped onions 1/2 cup


  • Fine chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup


  • Fine chopped green chillies 2-3


  • Grated ginger and garlic 1 tablespoons


  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon


  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


  • Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon


  • Kolhapur masala 1 tablespoon


  • Mustard Oil 1 tablespoon


  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 1 tsp


  • Farsan for garnishing 1tbs


  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take a cooker, add sprouts and add salt and turmeric powder and cook it well.
  • Take a wok and heat oil, now add asafoetida, then add onions and roast it well till golden brown in colour.
  • Then add chopped chillies and ginger and garlic mix it well nicely.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook it until soft.
  • Once cooked, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and Kolhapur masala and mix it up all well.
  • Then add the cooked sprouts and mix it well and let it cook.
  • Once it starts leaving oil, add water inorder to keep the consistency not to watery.
  • Once cooked, garnish with chopped onions, coriander and farsan.
