Mixed Sprouts 1 cup
Fine chopped onions 1/2 cup
Fine chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Fine chopped green chillies 2-3
Grated ginger and garlic 1 tablespoons
Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon
Kolhapur masala 1 tablespoon
Mustard Oil 1 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 1 tsp
Farsan for garnishing 1tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Take a cooker, add sprouts and add salt and turmeric powder and cook it well.
Take a wok and heat oil, now add asafoetida, then add onions and roast it well till golden brown in colour.
Then add chopped chillies and ginger and garlic mix it well nicely.
Now add tomatoes and cook it until soft.
Once cooked, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and Kolhapur masala and mix it up all well.
Then add the cooked sprouts and mix it well and let it cook.
Once it starts leaving oil, add water inorder to keep the consistency not to watery.
Once cooked, garnish with chopped onions, coriander and farsan.
