Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mixed Sprouts 1 cup

  • Fine chopped onions 1/2 cup

  • Fine chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup

  • Fine chopped green chillies 2-3

  • Grated ginger and garlic 1 tablespoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  • Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon

  • Kolhapur masala 1 tablespoon

  • Mustard Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 1 tsp

  • Farsan for garnishing 1tbs

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a cooker, add sprouts and add salt and turmeric powder and cook it well.

    Take a wok and heat oil, now add asafoetida, then add onions and roast it well till golden brown in colour.

    Then add chopped chillies and ginger and garlic mix it well nicely.

    Now add tomatoes and cook it until soft.

    Once cooked, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and Kolhapur masala and mix it up all well.

    Then add the cooked sprouts and mix it well and let it cook.

    Once it starts leaving oil, add water inorder to keep the consistency not to watery.

    Once cooked, garnish with chopped onions, coriander and farsan.
