Take a sauce pan add 1.5 cup water bring it to a boil, then add 1/2 cup washed quinoa, and salt cook it.
Heat a kadai add 1 tbs sesame oil in it, then add chopped garlic saute it till it become light brown in colour, then add chopped onions, chopped carrot, cook it for a min. Then add capsicum and paneer cubes, cook it next for a min,
Now add vinegar, soya sauce, and schezwan sauce mix well
Now add cooked quinoa, salt, mix well, and cook more 2 to 3 min
Serve hot.
