Ingredients

Pumpkin 1 cup
Red lentils 1 cup
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 inch

Black pepper 1 tbs
Spinach 1/2 cup
Black salt 1 tbs
Roasted cumin powder 1 tbs
Butter 1 inch
Carrots 1/2 cup
Directions
Wash , clean and chop the veggies. Wash and clean the lentils and keep aside.
In a pressure cooker take all veggies( including onion, garlic and cloves) and lentils . Pressure cook them for 3 whistles in low medium flame.
When its done cool it down and grind it into fine paste so that no lumps should be there.
Now preheat a pan with butter add the prepared paste and water to check the consistency. Now give ut a boil and add black salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder.
Stir and cook for a while and when its done turn off the flame.
