Palak Pizza

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup rava

  • 3/4 cup palak paste

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 cup crumbled paneer

  • 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 tomato sliced

  • 1 tsp chilly flakes

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 cup grated mozrella cheese

  • 1 cubed butter

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp crushed mint leaf

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 packet pizza seasoning

    Take half cup lukewarm water and add sugar and yeast in it and keep it covered for 5 min

  • 02

    After 5 min it will be activated

    In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour,rava,pizza seasoning and salt and mix it

    Add activated yeast and palak paste and knead a soft dough

  • 05

    Drizzle some oil and knead it for 5-8 mins

    Keep it covered with cling wrap for 30 min

    After 30 min knead the dough once again and roll it in roundles

    Prick it with fork and bake it in oven for 8 min

    For topping mix paneer, corn,onions,mint,coriander,chaat masala, tomato ketchup and salt

    Spread ketchup on the base and put paneer mix on it and spread it evenly

    Arrange tomato slices and spread grated cheese over it

  • 12

    Sprinkle oregano,chilli flakes on it

  • 13

    Grease griddle with butter and put the pizza on it and bake it till the cheese melt
