Add the garbanzo beans into a large bowl and soak in water overnight (the water should be a couple inches higher than the beans, so the beans plump up).
Rinse the beans and add them to a food processor with chopped parsley, coriander leaves, minced garlic, green chilly.
Process the ingredients together until it looks like a coarse paste.
Take out course paste in a bowl and all all spices,gram flour and salt, again mix well.
Make the paste into small balls, rolling them in your hand.
In a good frying skillet add oil, Heat the oil and drop balls on medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Take out on absorbent paper. serve with hummus.
