Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup diced potatoes


  • 2 onions finely chopped


  • 2 tomatoes 🍅 finely chopped


  • 1 cup onions and tomatoes diced


  • 1 bunch coriander finely chopped


  • 1 tablespoon whole spices


  • 4 tablespoon oil/butter/ghee


  • 3 tablespoon cream


  • 1 cup oil for deep frying


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder


  • 1 tablespoon garam masala


  • 1 tablespoon jeera powder


  • 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder

Directions

  • In a pan add oil and add potatoes and deep fry them
  • Meanwhile in other pan add oil and add diced tomatoes and onions
  • When they are cooked transfer to mixer jar and allow to cool
  • Make a fine paate and set aside
  • Now take pan and add butter and addwhole spices and saute them
  • Later add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and saute them
  • Now add turmeric, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and fry till spices get good aroma
  • Now add little water and cook gravy well
  • Adjust consistency of water and add cream, coriander and kasuri methi
  • Now in a serving plate first place fried aloo and add gravy over it and garnish with cream and serve with roti
