  • Rajmah/Red beans 2 cup Chopped onion 2 Tomato 2 Garlic 7-8 cloves Ginger 1 big piece Kasuri methi 1 tsp Degi Mirch 1/2 tsp Dry coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 3 tsp

    Wash Rajmah/Red beans and cook in a pressure cooker with salt till first whistle on high flame Shift in small low flame and cook for 20 minutes Heat oil in a pan Add onions and fry  till golden brown on high flame In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies  Add tomato mixture keep flame medium Add whole masale and fry till oil remove on high flame...stir between  Add in tadaka in boiled Rajmah/Red beans ..stir well Serve hot with chapati/Rice
