Nutritive power pack cone with Avocado
Healthy breakfast whole wheat cone stuffed with sweet potatoes, germinated long beans, egg whites, and avocado. You’re going to love this protein-packed snacks / breakfast! It’s my innovation recipe
sweet potatoes Once sweet potatoes are cooked, remove the skins and cut into diced place potatoes set aside.
In a separate fry pan heat add olive oil then cumin chilly,onion ,Avocado,tomatoes,capsicums,germinated beans/boiled rajama or chickpeas,chili powder and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir fry combine then set aside.
In a separate medium bowl, beat egg whites together. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium-low heat. Add in egg whites and cook. Fold every few minutes to get fluffy eggs. Once cooked, remove from heat.
Than garnish with Avocado sliced and carrot slices. Serve hot.
