Ingredients

Serves : 30
  • 1 cup almonds


  • 1 cup peanuts


  • 1 cup watermelon seeds/magajtari


  • 1 cup walnuts


  • 1 cup oats


  • 1 cup milk powder


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Roast almonds for 2 minutes on medium slow flame and remove in a plate.
  • Roast peanuts for 2 minutes and remove in a plate.
  • Similarly roast melon seeds and oats seperately.
  • Roast walnuts also.Do not roast till colour changes.We need to roast so that moisture evaporates.
  • Let everything cool down.
  • Take all this in a mixer pot along with chia seeds.
  • Pulse and grind so that oil is not secreted.
  • Sieve this powder along with milk powder so that everything is mixed well.
  • If your kids like choclate flavor add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to this.
  • Now add a spoonful of this powder to milk,yoghurt,smoothies to get excellent protein advantage.
