Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup peanuts

  • 1 cup watermelon seeds/magajtari

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

    Roast almonds for 2 minutes on medium slow flame and remove in a plate.

    Roast peanuts for 2 minutes and remove in a plate.

    Similarly roast melon seeds and oats seperately.

  • 04

    Roast walnuts also.Do not roast till colour changes.We need to roast so that moisture evaporates.

    Let everything cool down.

    Take all this in a mixer pot along with chia seeds.

    Pulse and grind so that oil is not secreted.

    Sieve this powder along with milk powder so that everything is mixed well.

    If your kids like choclate flavor add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to this.

    Now add a spoonful of this powder to milk,yoghurt,smoothies to get excellent protein advantage.
