In a pressure cooker add 1 or 2 glasses of water and put chopped spinach and garlic and ginger.green chilli is optional to put with spinach or in tadka
Now let wait for 2 whistles
When it boiled properly drain extra water and add gram flour then blend it.now stirring it on very low flame
Now in another pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds
Now add chopped onion and make it browned
Add tomatoes and all the spices together
Roast the tadka for only 5 to 6 minutes
Boil the boiled spinach for atleast 10 minute to observe gram flour properly and add tadka after that
To make more nutritious we can add broccoli and coriander leaves green too
Yummy and richest in protein dish is ready to serve
