Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 6 cup SPINACH


  • 1/3 cup GINGER GARLIC


  • 1 big chopped ONION


  • 1 big chopped TOMATO


  • 2 GREEN CHILI chopped


  • 2 tablespoon GRAM FLOUR


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN SEEDS


  • 1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER


  • 1/2 tablespoon TURMERIC


  • 1/3 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER POWDER


  • 1 tablespoon DRY CURRY LEAVES


  • 1 tablespoon CUMIN POWDER

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker add 1 or 2 glasses of water and put chopped spinach and garlic and ginger.green chilli is optional to put with spinach or in tadka
  • Now let wait for 2 whistles
  • When it boiled properly drain extra water and add gram flour then blend it.now stirring it on very low flame
  • Now in another pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds
  • Now add chopped onion and make it browned
  • Add tomatoes and all the spices together
  • Roast the tadka for only 5 to 6 minutes
  • Boil the boiled spinach for atleast 10 minute to observe gram flour properly and add tadka after that
  • To make more nutritious we can add broccoli and coriander leaves green too
  • Yummy and richest in protein dish is ready to serve
