Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 2 cup moong dal flour


  • 1 cup ghee


  • 2 cup powdered sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio


  • 1 tbsp chopped badam


  • 1/4 tsp kesar strands

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a wok and add flour in it
  • Roast it on low flame till nice aroma exists
  • Let it cool down completely
  • Whisk it or stir it with hand till fluffy
  • Add sugar,cardamom powder and badam and mix it
  • Crush kesar strands
  • Make small smooth balls from it
  • Put kesar and chopped pistachio in middle and slightly press it
