Ingredients

Serves 25

  • 2 cup moong dal flour

  • 1 cup ghee

  • 2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio

  • 1 tbsp chopped badam

  • 1/4 tsp kesar strands

Directions

    Heat ghee in a wok and add flour in it

  • 02

    Roast it on low flame till nice aroma exists

  • 03

    Let it cool down completely

  • 04

    Whisk it or stir it with hand till fluffy

  • 05

    Add sugar,cardamom powder and badam and mix it

  • 06

    Crush kesar strands

  • 07

    Make small smooth balls from it

  • 08

    Put kesar and chopped pistachio in middle and slightly press it
