Make onion paste
Make ginger and green chilly paste
Blanch palak.. strain...and mash
Add salt and cornflour in palak
Crumble paneer and add salt and make small balls from it
Take portion of palak flatten it and keep paneer ball in between and cover it from all sides
Heat oil and deep fry all paneer stuff palak balls..Kofta is ready
For gravy heat 1 tbsp ghee in a wok and add onion paste and cook till oil seperate
Add ginger and chilly paste and cook couple of min
Add khuskhus paste and stir for few min than add curd in it and stir continuously
Add milk and adjust the consistency
Add salt and kasuri methi and let it simmer few min
For serving put gravy in serving dish..cut kofta form middle and keep it in gravy plate
