Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1/2 cup couscous

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1 /2 cup chopped capsicum

  • 1/2 cup beans ,carrot and peas

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/4 tsp hing

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 5-6 curry leaves

  • 1 tsp urad daal

  • 1 tsp kemon juice

Directions

    Boil water in pan and add salt

  • 02

    Boil ciuscous 10 min.

    Strain and remove water

  • 04

    Boil cartot,beans and peas heat oil add jeera,rai and hing

    Add urad daal and roast

  • 06

    Add ginger and curry leaves

    Now add onion and saute

  • 08

    Add green chilli and bell peppers

    Cook a little and add boiled veggies

    After cook 2 min.add salt,pepper and lemon juice

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hit this protein pack upma
