Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Moong dal flour 1cup

  • All purpose flour 2 cup

  • Refind for moyan 1.5 cup

  • Pisi Tatri (citric acid) 1.5 tsp

  • Maggie masala-e-magic 1pack

  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1.5 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Refined oil for frying 3 cup

    Take a wok and heat 1 tsp oil, roast moong dal flour.

    Let it cool.

    Once cooled; add salt,maggie masala-e-magic, tatri, roasted cumin powder, red chilly powder and garam masala mix well and keep it aside.

    Add 1.5 cup refined oil ,1.2 tsp salt in all purpose flour and give moyan, then add little little water and make a tight dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Now take small portion out of it and roll it into small round shape. On the corners apply all purpose flour and water mixture. Now add moong dal flour mixture in it and then fry it on a low flame.

    Serve hot with green chatni
