Ingredients

1 cup boiled kabuli chana..
1/2 cup white till
1 cup Olive oil
2 pods garlic
2 geeen chillies
1/2 lemon juice
Directions
1. Dry roast til and grind along with oil to form a tahina paste.
2. Add chana , garlic , chilli and oil and grind till you get a smooth paste.
3. Add lemon juice and salt and grind once again.
4. Remove the hummus in a bowl , sprinkle paprika ( optional)add oilve oil over the hummus which will prevent it from getting dry..
Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top
