Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled kabuli chana..


  • 1/2 cup white till


  • 1 cup Olive oil


  • 2 pods garlic


  • 2 geeen chillies


  • 1/2 lemon juice

Directions

  • 1. Dry roast til and grind along with oil to form a tahina paste.
  • 2. Add chana , garlic , chilli and oil and grind till you get a smooth paste.
  • 3. Add lemon juice and salt and grind once again.
  • 4. Remove the hummus in a bowl , sprinkle paprika ( optional)add oilve oil over the hummus which will prevent it from getting dry..
  • Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top
