Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Soya Granules 1 cup


  • Chopped Onions 1


  • Chopped Tomatoes 2


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon


  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 Cup


  • Maida 1 cup


  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon Salt as per taste


  • Oil 3-4 teaspoon


  • Ginger/ garlic paste 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • 1. Make a dough with maida and salt.
  • Make small thick wraps like puri size and make them on tawa
  • 3. For kheema, add oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute till onion is transparent . Add tomatoes add all the dry masalas and saute well.
  • 4. Add little water and cook well and the once these mix well ,
  • 5. Stir on high flame till the water dries up and the kheema is in a consistency to will in the wraps.
  • 6. Take a wrap ..add Kheema in the centre , top it with a teaspoon of veg mayonnaise and tie it with a thin string as I have done in my dish.
