1. Make a dough with maida and salt.
Make small thick wraps like puri size and make them on tawa
3. For kheema, add oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and saute till onion is transparent . Add tomatoes add all the dry masalas and saute well.
4. Add little water and cook well and the once these mix well ,
5. Stir on high flame till the water dries up and the kheema is in a consistency to will in the wraps.
6. Take a wrap ..add Kheema in the centre , top it with a teaspoon of veg mayonnaise and tie it with a thin string as I have done in my dish.
