Cook chana dal in pressure cooker
Take 2-3 whistle
Remove dal from water
Now in a kadahi add dal and sugar
Cook on low flame,stir continuously till batter leaves the sides of kadahi
once cooked Remove from heat
let it cool
Once cooled,grind the mixture in grinder,do not add water
Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder, and make small balls

Mix ghee in all purpose flour
Knead smooth dough,with water
Make balls from dough
Make poori with rolling pin,put pooran ball on poori
Seal all corners with light hand
Sprinkle some flour on rolling board
With the help of rolling pin make round shape s
Heat tava
Cook on tava till crispy from both sides
