Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup rava


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/2 cup pureed spinach


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Mix curd and spinach puree in rava and make a batter
  • Keep five min covered to rest
  • Add water if necessary
  • Add salt and soda and mix
  • Grease idili mould plates and pour batter on it and cook for 10 min
  • Serve it with sambhar
