Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup rava

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1/2 cup pureed spinach

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • 01

    Mix curd and spinach puree in rava and make a batter

  • 02

    Keep five min covered to rest

  • 03

    Add water if necessary

  • 04

    Add salt and soda and mix

  • 05

    Grease idili mould plates and pour batter on it and cook for 10 min

  • 06

    Serve it with sambhar
