  • 😊 2 cups of roasted cucumber (you can use frozen corn if you do not have fresh refreshments) 2 bowl spinach cut 1/2 bowl gram flour 1 onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 Green Chilies Chopped (Optional) 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Soap Coriander Salt to taste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder Oil to fry

    Mix all the ingredients, if the slurry becomes thin, add little gram flour to it. Now heat the oil in the pan and make round balls of the slurry and fry it, fry it all around, now remove this paste and flatten it with the help of a bowl or plate and then fry till it becomes crisp. Serve ready corn sour, ...... serve with sauce, sauce or tea
