  • Lobia/Black Eye Pea 2 cup Chopped onion 2 Tomato 1 Garlic 4-5 cloves Ginger 1 small piece Cumin 1 tsp Dry coriander powder 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil 2 tsp

    Wash Lobia/Black Eye Pea and cook in a pressure cooker with salt and 1/2 turmeric till first whistle on high flame Shift in small low flame and cook for 20 minutes Heat oil in a pan Add cumin ,fry for 30 seconds Add onions and fry  till golden brown on high flame In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies  Add tomato mixture keep flame medium Add whole masale and fry till oil remove on high flame...stir between  Open pressure cooker Add tadaka in boiled Lobia/Black Eye Pea ..stir well Serve hot with chapati/Rice
