Boil channa dal,soya chunks and bay leaf for 2 whistles
Drain all the water and let it cool
Grind it coarsely
Grind it coarsely and add mashed raw banana and all the masala and green coriander
Heat griddle and sprinkle oil on it
Grease hand and make patty of the mix and roast it golden brown on low flame
Serve it with green chutney
