Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup soaked channa dal


  • 1/2 cup soya badi soaked


  • 250 gm raw banana boiled


  • 1 tsp ginger chilly paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 bay leaf


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander

Directions

  • Boil channa dal,soya chunks and bay leaf for 2 whistles
  • Drain all the water and let it cool
  • Grind it coarsely
  • Grind it coarsely and add mashed raw banana and all the masala and green coriander
  • Heat griddle and sprinkle oil on it
  • Grease hand and make patty of the mix and roast it golden brown on low flame
  • Serve it with green chutney
