  • 100g paneer

  • 1 cup ghee/oil


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 green cardamom


  • 1 litre milk


  • 2-3 tablespoon sugar


  • 1 tablespoon chopped almond


  • 8-10 saffron

Directions

  • sabse pahle Hum yellow moong dal ko dho kar 4-5 hours ke liye soak kar denge.
  • ab Dal se Pani nikal kar dal ko mixer jar mein daal kar paste banale.
