  • 100g paneer

  • 2 tbsp milk powder

  • 1 tbsp semolina /Suji

  • 1/4 teaspoon spoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon elaichi powder

  • 1 cup ghee/oil

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 green cardamom

  • 1 litre milk

  • 2-3 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon chopped almond

  • 8-10 saffron

    sabse pahle Hum yellow moong dal ko dho kar 4-5 hours ke liye soak kar denge.

    ab Dal se Pani nikal kar dal ko mixer jar mein daal kar paste banale.

    ab paste ko ek bowl Mein nikal kar 5 minute Tak acche se fete fluffy hone Tak.

    ab isme grated paneer, milk powder, semolina and elaichi powder dalkar acche se mix Karenge.
