  • 1 cup milk


  • 2 tsp oats


  • 1 banana


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/2 cocoa powder


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 2 tsp yogurt


  • 2 tsp of chopped almonds and cashew nuts

Directions

  • Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer.
  • Then boil it for just 2-3 minutes to make it a little thick.
  • Now the cinnamon oats banana smoothie is ready to serve.
  • Serve hot with garnishing some chopped almonds and cashew nuts.
