  • I live in Chhattisgarh State, our state is also called "Paddy Bowl". The main food items of the people here are food made from rice and rice. I am sharing a very special dish of Chhattisgarh State with you, its name is Fara 🤗🍲 I also twist in this recipe, the new taste of Fraa "Chinese Furra" with a unique tasty taste Content: 😊 1 bowl of rice flour 1/4 bowl boiled rice Pinch of baking soda Salt as par taste 1 bowl cabbage cut into length 1 small carrot cut into fine length 1 onion cut 5-6 mushrooms 1 capsicum finely cut in length 1 bowl spring onion (green onions) 4-5th chili cut in length 1 small piece of ginger 2 tsp oil 1/2 spoon musterd seed 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce 1/4 teaspoon vinegar Hot and Sweet Tomato Sauce as per taste

     * Mix rice boiled rice with salt soda and pour a little water and mix soft flour. * Now make its foil and make thin thin long fur * Take the water in a vessel (take as much water as the water sinks) Keep it boiling, then heat the water as soon as it is heated and boil over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. * Now pour water in the strainer and remove the water  * Heat oil in a thick bottom. Heat oil. Keep the ghee, add ginger. Keep all the chopped vegetables in turn. Add the flour and fry. Now add the soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, 1 minute spoonful of onion. Cooked while cooking  Now put the chopped spring onion and serve it incandescent
